Context
A large-scale healthcare development requiring close alignment between clinical functionality, system density, and execution constraints across architecture, structure, and MEP systems.
Contribution
The work combined multidisciplinary VDC coordination with design, consultant and supplier management. Designer and consultant comments were consolidated and tracked across architectural, structural and MEP interfaces. A project-specific supplier portfolio was developed, using defined evaluation methodologies to assess technical fit, quality and feasibility before suitable suppliers were introduced to the project team.

High-end international development with strong architectural and commercial positioning requirements.
Context
An international mixed-use project requiring close alignment between design quality, cost control, and market positioning across architecture, structure, and MEP systems.
Contribution
The work included integrated VDC workflows across architectural, structural and MEP systems, supporting constructability review and cost-informed design decisions. Digital twin outputs were also developed for visualization, branding and marketing, helping the client compare design options, understand cost implications and align presentation materials with the project’s market positioning.
